This is the German after-dinner tea, and the one given to children with a sore stomach. All three seeds are in the same family and they taste it: a soft aniseed sweetness, no bitterness, no need for sugar.

Naturally lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan, and the carton is Rainforest Alliance certified.

Ingredients: fennel, anise, caraway (cumin).

To make it: fresh, properly boiling water over the bag and 5 to 8 minutes. One bag per cup, at least three for a pot.
