Warm amber casing, 7 oz chub. A pork liver pâté enriched with rendered goose fat and goose liver — richer, silkier and more luxurious than the Gold Medal, with the distinctive mellow depth goose fat gives. The most premium item in the Schaller & Weber range.

Goose fat and goose liver are named as the third and fourth ingredients — this is not a pâté with a hint of goose, it is built on it. Everything else follows the same gentle formulation as the Gold Medal: sea salt, cane sugar, natural spices, honey, natural vanilla extract, and a cultured celery juice and cherry powder cure rather than sodium nitrite.
