Belgian pralines moulded as seashells and mussels, with a hazelnut cream filling — Feine Meeresfrüchte, the fruits of the sea.

The shape is the tradition. Belgian chocolatiers have made shell-shaped pralines for a century, and the mix of milk, dark and white in one box is meant to be looked at as much as eaten. The filling is soft hazelnut cream rather than a hard praline.

A box to give rather than to keep, and the window on the front is there so the recipient can see before opening.
