Krakus Gingerbread Hearts in Chocolate with White Icing, 6.7 oz (190g)

The iced version of the Polish gingerbread heart — dark chocolate underneath, a thick white sugar icing poured over the top. Sugar glaze 20%, chocolate compound 8%.

Sweeter and softer than the plain chocolate-dipped kind, and the one children reach for first. Spiced with clove and cinnamon rather than heavy ginger.

Please note: these contain gelatin and albumin, used to set the icing. They are not suitable for vegetarians, which is not what most people expect from a biscuit.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, palm fat, cocoa powder, potato starch, potassium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, rapeseed oil, colours: calcium carbonate, plain caramel; spices (clove, cinnamon), gelatin, albumin, rapeseed lecithin, artificial flavour vanillin.
