Develey Original Bavarian Sweet Mustard / Weisswurstsenf, 250 ml

Süßer Senf: coarse, dark, sweetened with sugar and cooked, which makes it mild and almost malty rather than hot. There is only one correct use, and it is Weißwurst — though it also does well with a pretzel or a roast pork.
