Outside California, choose collection in store at 2790 Santa Rosa Avenue or local delivery around Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. We do not post it further than that — the cold chain will not hold.
A whole hot-smoked whitefish, cooked through in the smoker rather than cured — flaky, warm-smoky, and eaten off the bone. Four ingredients and no preservatives.
